Had a hair implant process on 10/13/16. Work force was very pleasant and professional especially Danielle and Irene the senior tech. I may have gotten Irene's name wrong, but she is the same professional that performed a previous procedure for me 10 years ago.. I would recommend this office to my friends.

I couldnt have been more in impressed. I went into the surgery excited but nervous not knowing what to expect. The whole team went above and beyond takinf care of me and ensuring my comfort. For so much tenure they take so much pride in what they do. I felt very welcome and well taken care of. Ive got a couple friends that want to get it done now.

Great crew and service. This is an important decision and you need to both trust and get along with the people performing your surgery. After 14 hours together I felt a bond with them all. Linda did an amazing just determining placement and everyone who has seen the results is impressed.

Dear Virginia Surgical, I must note that all the dealings I have had with the staff have been extremely positive. Every interface, whether in person or on the phone, is always throughout with customer service. Your staff has made me a very happy customer and that is extremely important and note worthy in this day and age. During my procedure everybody was pleasant, upbeat, and readily available to answer questions. It felt like they were there to cater to my every need, and feeling has carried through to the post surgery follow-up procedures. I must give you and the staff kudos for your professionalism, your customer service orientation, and a general feeling that you are dealing with friends. It would be my pleasure to recommend Virginia Surgical Center to anybody considering cosmetic surgery. I and my wife both have gotten procedures from them and my wife looks amazing. I just got done with mine so I need to wait to see the full effect of the hair restoration. I was going bald and just wanted to fill in the blank spots on my head and that it what they did for me. I know it will work, but like I great things I just have to give it time and let it happen. Their prices compared to other companies are amazing and very affordable. The staff in Virginia Beach where extremely helpful and kind when I was getting myself done. All I can say beware of false reviews, this company has a lot of haters that want to see them removed from the market.

First admission...i am using an alias. 2nd admission, i am only a little over 3 mos post procedure (yet am already noticing changes). I will amend this review once i reach the 6-12 mos mark. I had visited 2 other well known hair restoration centers prior to VSC. In the first 5 minutes of talking to Danielle, i knew this Center was THE one. While Danielle can do her job of selling their services, it was the profound knowledge of her craft artfully combined with her no nonsense, yet paradoxically warm consultation that gained my confidence and trust to take this step with VSC. Linda and Aleah demonstrated skill, care, and more warmth during the long procedure. Linda is a doll baby who i have truly come to like as a person. While my results have only just minimally started, it is my sense that Linda is an artist. Aleah gets everything all started with the rapid numbing of the area. Shes an impresario with that needle. It stings at first, but not sure anyone can do it better. At this point, i couldnt be more satisfied, save already having hair like John Stamos after a couple months. More to come...

Such a great staff and service. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and great about answering questions. They are fantastic about follow up appointments and after-care. I think a mirror in the procedure room would be nice, since everyone is behind me and sometimes it's tough to tell if they're talking to me or each other. I also appreciate their patience, since I know I can get a little antsy after sitting still all day. :)

In spite of the fact that you do charge a fee for your services, I think that it is nice to give a genuine and warm thank you. You are reading this because you are very unhappy about your hair loss and probably frightened about many things…mostly about having an incision to get your hair moved to a new location. Well join the club! You’ll have to decide whether it is worth having a scar (hidden by your hair) and a smile and more confidence or do nothing and continue to feel conscientious about your hair loss. It has now been a little over 4 months since my procedure in December 2013 and the appearance of my hair is already dramatically improved. Not perfect as it is only four months but enough improved that people have commented that I look “good” without knowing why. I ran into someone coming out of the VS office a month after his procedure and a week after my procedure and he said he went out to dinner with a few people and asked them if they noticed anything different about him…they said new clothes? …no one noticed anything. Your hair will hide the area on the back of your head and the area receiving the hair will not show anything that anyone will notice in a short time frame. These are pin prick cuts to insert the hair and look far more graphic on the website than they are in reality. To cut to the chase, they provide a comprehensive, professional service that includes every aspect of the process from details about the procedure to vitamins that work. I have even heard them advising on which pharmacies were best for people without insurance. I did the research before-hand and they are fairly priced, use state of the art virtually undetectable procedures, have top quality certified professionals and you are not paying for expensive commercials because it is you paying for those commercials. You will be paying a multiple for the same service to pay for those commercials. If you research their competitors who charge a similar fee you may not feel comfortable but that is your choice. Do your homework or you may be surprised. VSC is also very responsible in what they tell you in terms of expectations and they are not a hard sell so if you consider a consultation with them it will be an informative experience if nothing else.
